Actually it’s really all about you and your needs. I have spent  my adult life in the world of real estate and have learned through experience that in order to be successful one must keep the following theme in mind…..What can I do to help benefit my customers and clients? It’s the “what goes around comes around” concept, and it really works!!!

Referals have always been my life’s blood because of the multiple successes I have been able to share with you as a buyer or seller, local or from out of state to out of country.

Okay, first a little about me..Born in Brooklyn NY to 2 parents that survived the Holocaust. Graduated from Brooklyn College in 1970. Moved to Rochester Michigan where I started in the custom home building arena and later brokerage. Got married had a baby boy and in 1979 moved to Arizona, Scottsdale to be more exact and have been here since. Of course 2 babies later (a girl and a boy). My wife is an employee at Casino Arizona. Racquetball, golf, singing in a choir and teaching at Temple Gan Elohim and Temple Chai are my things and travel, movies and theater and reading a good book are our joys (besides the kids).

The difference in allowing me the opportunity to help you though the myriad of offers and contracts, the research, the expertise and the list goes on because the experience and knowledge I have is yours, just for the asking. Yes I have those special designations that I have earned like C.R.S. and G.R.I. that took years of experience to earn and I have been and am presently on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service , ARMLS, for apprx the past 20 yrs (in fact I have been the President of the Board twice). For those who don’t know about ARMLS, we are the organization that gathers the data for not only all Realtors to see but for you the consumer as well through our feeds to the various websites. we are the source of that information. Of course it doesn’t stop there……we negotiate on behalf of our Realtor community lock box contracts, develope the listing forms, create rules and policies that are uniform throughout the Vally of the Sun, software programs and tools that aide the Realtor which in turn helps you.

Negotiating is probably my best skill and is yours to take advantage of whether you are a buyer who wants to get the best buy or a seller that wants to reap the most benefits. Hard work, knowledge and tenacity makes it a win-win for all…..
